Immaculate Heart Healers
The Guild of Healers of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is a particular vocation and charism within our Confraternity. Members are especially attuned and dedicated to our Our Lady's Immaculate Heart during a ceremony of blessing and dedication, after which they may offer both contact and distance healing as channels of the Mother's Grace and Love. Members may also be admitted by distance attunement. Please use the contact form on the Home page for further details.
Ceremony of Blessing and Attunement
Our Lady of the Green Scapular
This service should preferably take place in front of the altar of Our Lady. Names of sick persons should be submitted to the leader before the service.
All: We bow down in homage and adoration to the Blessed Lady Mary, the mother of Jesus, our all compassionate heavenly mother, consoler of the afflicted, Star of the Sea and Queen of the Angels.
Pause for meditation, during which those present may visualise Our Lady as a Presence and Power active within the spiritual worlds.
Leader; Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee; Blessed art thou among women.
R/ And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to Thy word.
Leader; My soul doth magnify the Lord; and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
R/ For He hath regarded; the lowliness of His handmaiden.
Leader; For behold, from henceforth; all generations shall call me blessed.
R/ For He that is mighty hath magnified me; and holy is His name.
Leader; Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
R/ As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

The Charge is read by the Celebrant
You have been called by the Holy Lady Mary to participate in her work of love, for love is healing and healing is love. Love is a power of the heart, which arises from the perception of the unity underlying all things, the one life manifesting in countless forms. From that perception is born a realization that although outwardly separate from oneself, all things, all one’s fellow beings, are in reality indivisibly part of one’s true being, in a grand web of life. Hence that power of the Heart, which not only feels the pains, difficulties and problems of others as well as their joys, but also goes forward to help, wherever there is need.
This attunement to Love, which you receive today, is intended to help you to quicken your spiritual faculties, especially the intuition, through which the light of Divine Love and Wisdom may illumine mind and heart. So will you begin to perceive your oneness with humanity and with all existence, and to cultivate and strengthen your power of love, which St Paul says is patient and kind, does not envy, does not seek her own, is not easily provoked, rejoices in the truth, bears all things, endures all things, never ends.
Without love, all other virtues would never be sufficient. Love is the mother of all virtues as, if it is strong enough, it impresses the need to cultivate all other good qualities. You will therefore seek to place all your energies under the guiding light of love: whatever is in consonance with love, that you will think and feel and do with all your strength; from whatever is against the spirit of love, you will turn firmly aside. So will you grow in the service of the Holy Mother, as a channel of her grace to all creation.
A reading - “Love” by Emmet Fox
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem …
It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake –
A sufficient realisation of love will dissolve it all …
If only we could love enough, we would be the
Happiest and most powerful beings in the world.

The Hymn “As I kneel before you” is sung
1. As I kneel before you,
as I bow my head in prayer,
take this day, make it yours
and fill me with your love.
Ave, Maria, gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, benedicta tu.
2. All I have I give you,
ev'ry dream and wish are yours.
Mother of Christ, Mother of mine,
present them to my Lord.
Ave, Maria, gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, benedicta tu.
3. As I kneel before you,
and I see your smiling face,
ev'ry thought, ev'ry word
is lost in your embrace.
Ave, Maria, gratia plena,
Dominus tecum, benedicta tu.
Meditation - “Mother Mary’s Pink Ray of Love” by Tracey Loper:
Close your eyes. Take a few long deep breaths and relax your body completely. ….. Now imagine Mary is standing in front of you. … From her heart, soft pink light begins to emanate. … Then the soft pink light expands and moves forward and settles around your entire field of energy. … The soft pink energy of Mary is so comforting, loving, nurturing and warm. …. As it surrounds you it feels like Mary is softly embracing you. … Allow yourself to feel the depths of the gentleness and tenderness that Mary offers you through her pink ray of Light. …May unconditionally accepts you. She spends time with you just sharing her love with you, comforting and nurturing you. … You feel so loved. … Allow yourself to simply stay with Mary for a while, …. However long you would like to be with her and her loving energies. When you are ready open your eyes.. …..
C: O Holy Lady Mary, mayest thou be present among us to aid this Bishop, thy servant, in the work he is about to do in thy holy name. Amen.
O Lord Christ , who art ever ready to receive and to strengthen the earnest aspirations of Thy children, look down in love upon …….., who desires to serve thee as a healer in Thy church.
O Holy Lady Mary, Mother of the World and Queen of the Angels, we pray Thee to encompass …… , kneeling before thee, with Thy love and heavenly grace, that with eager and open heart he/she may receive the fullness of thy + blessing, and in thy holy name, share its fragrance freely.

For the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and invoking the aid of the Holy Lady Mary I admit you as a Healer. May Our Lady continue to inspire, guide and uphold you in this work of Love.
Receive this pink rose, long a symbol of the Holy Encompassing Love of the Holy Lady Mary whose service you have today entered more fully. As generations of her devoted servants have embroidered this symbol upon the vestments and ornaments of the church, so may you pour out love unstinted upon all around you, and so graft her likeness into your very soul. And may the blessing of God Almighty, the +Father, the +Son and the +Holy Spirit come down upon you that you may rightly fulfil that which today you have undertaken.. Amen.
