The Path of Mary Seminary Course
The Mission of the Confraternity of the Life of Mary is to make Jesus and Mary better known, loved and served throughout the world, and for this great work of salvation priests are essential. The Lord calls many who do not hear his voice because they do not fit into the institutional church in one way or another. This online course, provided by St Gall's Seminary in Switzerland, is for them, for those who intend to have a modest and informal home based ministry founded on devotion to Our Lord in His Eucharistic Presence, and with the Help of Mary . Reasonably well educated and well adjusted men over the age of 22 are invited to apply. Applicants should subscribe to the Statement of Faith of the Confraternity. Marital status is not relevant to selection. The tuition fee is minimal but ordinands must be prepared to travel to the nearest bishop (in communion with us) for ordinations. This course is pdf based so the student does not have the extra expense of buying books, as pdfs are supplied. A shorter course can also be offered to lay people who wish to study Marian spirituality with the Confraternity.

“Mary is in a special manner Queen and Mother of priests. Because of their resemblance to her divine Son, Our Lady sees Jesus in each one of them.
She loves them not only as members of the mystical body, but on account of the priestly character imprinted on their souls, and for the sacred mysteries which they celebrate in persona Christi.” Blessed Columba Marmion
"Let us take Mary for our own; let us dwell with her, let us associate her in our works, in our troubles, in our joys. Does not she desire, more than anyone else, to help each one of us to become a holy priest and to reproduce in ourselves the virtues of Jesus?" Blessed Columba Marmion
"Let them always bear in mind that they belong by a gracious choice to the family of Mary... Let them try constantly to breathe her spirit: a spirit of humility, self-denial, intimate union with God and the most ardent love of neighbour. So they must think as Mary, judge as Mary, feel and act as Mary in all things." Fr Jean-Claude Colin, Founder of the Marist Fathers
